As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by cultivating and managing relationships with clients in the Middle Eastern region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within both the commercial and government sectors.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and propose customized solutions that address client challenges and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making and sales strategies.

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales within commercial and government sectors.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, mission-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce / Hubspot) is a plus.
  • Arabic language skills is a plus.
  • A location within a major airport hub in the Middle East.
